Alex is a Texas-based business development leader with 11 years of experience in professional services, working with business owners and executives during periods of growth, complexity, and change. She is especially passionate about supporting local, owner-led Texas businesses and strengthening the communities they’re built in. She currently serves in business development for a 75-year-old, Dallas-based CPA firm, Lane Gorman Trubitt, where she partners with companies navigating audit, tax, and accounting consulting needs. Her business development approach is simple and maybe old-school: show up, be useful, be curious, tell the truth, provide value before there’s ever an ask (and most importantly), see it through. While sales is often treated as an individual contributor role, Alex believes real growth happens through collaboration, and that tight alignment between business development and marketing is one of the most powerful and underestimated assets inside a firm. That mindset has made her a trusted partner to business owners across industries. |
