Renee is a partner at ConvergenceCoaching, LLC, a national consulting firm dedicated to developing leaders and transforming teams. She is a frequent speaker, writer and facilitator on topics impacting CPA firm leaders and offers practical strategies for improvement and change based on her experiences working with clients and in her many years as a CPA Firm Administrator. Renee leads the firms Anytime, Anywhere Work™ service line and is passionate about furthering flexible and remote work in the profession, among other topics. She is also a coach in the firm’s Transformational Leadership Program™ (TLP). When Renee is not at work, she is gardening both indoors and outdoors, singing with her women’s barbershop chorus, and enjoying time with her husband and two teenagers.
