Trends in Private Equity Transactions and Implications for Accountants

Andy Jones of PrivateEquityInfo.com and Dan Mahoney of TruSight will provide data-driven insights on recent trends in private equity transactions.  The discussion will center around trends in transaction volume for private equity acquisitions and exits, shifts in deal sizes over time, the balance between platform and add-on investments, changes in portfolio company holding periods, how private equity firms have adjusted their investment focus across industries and the implications these trends have on M&A.    Furthermore, there will be analysis as to how accounting firms can adjust their go to market strategies to align with the data driven insights and trends.   The presentation will last approximately 30 minutes with 15-30 minutes for Q & A.
